Pool Table Accessories

Below are our policies and procedures for our online customers. We make every attempt to ensure your 100% satisfaction on any purchase from our business.

Returns (Pool table accessories only):
All unused products qualify for full credit or replacement. Damaged or defective items are subject to manufacturer warranties and vary accordingly, though most manufacturers warranty for parts and workmanship up to one year from the time of purchase. To insure expedient handling of return requests, please follow the procedure listed below:
1. Contact Colorado Pool Tables to receive Return Authorization
2. Include a copy of the original invoice with returned product(s)
3. Package items in a sturdy, secure box and address to our business offices under the attention of RETURNS DEPARTMENT
All Returns will be processed within (7-10) business days of product receipt.
*Non-approved requests, insufficient packaging, or incomplete invoice information voids any potential return requests, however, all efforts will be made to process these returns regardless.

All products will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase. We do not ship outside of the continental US.

UPS Ground is our default shipping service and we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Pool Tables purchases

Cancellations and Returns.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. If you refuse a freight carrier delivery, you will be charged delivery to and from the shipping address. Please review our return policy for complete details. EXCEPTIONS: You will not be charge for refusing shipment that arrives DAMAGED.  Deposits for pool table sales are non-refundable. Deposits are generally ten to twenty percent of the cost of the pool table and cover our labor, restocking fees, and delivery fees where applicable.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOXES OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED THAT PRODUCT IS IN GOOD CONDITION. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt and inspection of the product minus deposits and shipping fees. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
